Radiology PArtners is looking for a Business Development Representative to be part of our Outpatient Diagnostic Marketing Team. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate, model, and lead high-quality, effective marketing calls with physicians, nurses, practice managers, referral coordinators and front desk staff to achieve growth goals
Utilize needs-based sales techniques and relational selling to identify opportunities to disrupt current provider referral patterns and trends
Implement tactics to facilitate growth and retention of provider relationships [fostering loyalty to achieve organizational goals]
Maintain daily territory encounter detail, within Salesforce, for strategically managing provider referral detail/data
Stay abreast of changes in market conditions while embracing team collaboration for overall group objectives
Interpreting data for territory development strategies
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of medical product/device sales or hospital liaison experience preferred
Analytical thinking and thoughtful problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team
Savvy relationship skills to recognize, navigate and establish collaborative relationships
Must have the ability to envision and willingness to try new strategies
Needs-based and relational marketing
Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite applications experience
