Radiology PArtners is looking for a Business Development Representative to be part of our Outpatient Diagnostic Marketing Team. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Demonstrate, model, and lead high-quality, effective marketing calls with physicians, nurses, practice managers, referral coordinators and front desk staff to achieve growth goals 

  • Utilize needs-based sales techniques and relational selling to identify opportunities to disrupt current provider referral patterns and trends 

  • Implement tactics to facilitate growth and retention of provider relationships [fostering loyalty to achieve organizational goals] 

  • Maintain daily territory encounter detail, within Salesforce, for strategically managing provider referral detail/data 

  • Stay abreast of changes in market conditions while embracing team collaboration for overall group objectives 

  • Interpreting data for territory development strategies 

 

 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

  • 2-3 years of medical product/device sales or hospital liaison experience preferred 

  • Analytical thinking and thoughtful problem solvingskills  

  • Excellent oral and written communication 

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team 

  • Savvy relationship skills to recognize, navigate and establish collaborative relationships 

  • Must have the ability to envision and willingness to try new strategies 

  • Needs-based and relational marketing 

  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite applications experience
