POSITION SUMMARY

RadPartners is hiring a Project Manager on the Clinical Operations Team. The position will focus on leading special projects for the Clinical Operations team focusing on strategic initiatives for the practice. This position focuses on using a standardized project management and quality improvement methodology to identify process issues, risks associated with such, and facilitates communication within the organization to make changes. The individual will have the opportunity to work across multiple functional areas and interact closely with clinical analysts, data scientists, RP IT app-dev, infrastructure, and data warehouse teams.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders

· Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

· Defines, creates and executes project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation

· Evaluates trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value

· Partners with stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria

· Facilitates all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects

· Creates risk mitigation strategies to anticipate, assess and resolve project risks as they are encountered

· Ensures all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the organization

· Prepares project status reports and presents project performance updates to relevant business and executive stakeholders

· Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan

· Ensures all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets

DESIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Applied math or another related field preferred

· Inquisitive, self-starter with a natural curiosity and propensity for data science

· Detail-oriented, highly motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously often with tight deadlines

· Desire to learn, grow, or expand skillsets in Development and Radiology domains

· Ability to thrive in Agile collaborative and independent work environments

· 3+ years of experience managing large projects

· Project Management certification preferred

· Excellent project management and team leadership skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability

· Data driven mind set for reporting and metrics

· Hands on professional with attention to detail
