POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing team, HR acumen should be at the Generalist level. The incumbent is accountable for leading HR representation at multiple Practices, works closely with Management in supporting day-to-day needs and consistent collaboration with the National HR Teammates. The ideal candidate would be someone who is interested in creating, learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment. They would not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump into the deep end.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· HR Operations includes but is not limited to:

o Employee Relations

o Performance Management of Teammates

o Onboarding/Off boarding

o Create and implement SOP’s

o HR Metrics and analysis

· Fulfills Generalist type of role & supports HR needs/initiatives nationwide

· Drives HR Goals & Projects; ability to work independently and take ownership of a process

· Suggest new procedures and policies for improving teammate experience as well as the efficiency of the HR team

· Maintains knowledge of trends and best practices in human resources

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 4 + years of experience in the Human Resources field

· Domestic travel 15%

· Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) & HR Specific software (ADP)

· Must be a progressive thinker with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks from inception to completion in a changing environment

· PHR or SHRM-CP Certification a plus

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
