POSITION SUMMARY 

The management team at Radiology Partners requires a versatile and high-performing individual to support its internal market growth initiatives across national markets. Responsibilities include prioritization of growth opportunities, financial evaluation of deals, negotiation strategy, deal structuring and contracting, and due diligence for health system strategic partnerships, new site contracts, and acquisitions. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically-inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment. The individual will have the opportunity to work across multiple functional areas in the Company and interact closely with management. The role will provide exposure to all facets of the deal process (diligence, financial modeling, returns assessment, and data analytics) as Radiology Partners further expands nationwide 

 
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide data analysis to support planning and executing partnerships and strategic growth initiatives 

  • Display high proficiency and expertise working with large data sets in Excel 

  • Support strategic planning and analysis initiatives (Competitive intel, market sizing, etc.) 

  • Provide deal negotiation and due diligence support, including partnering to support needs of business development team and operations direction. 

  • Develop and present presentations and detailed financial analyses to management 

  • Effectively communicate the findings, value, and impact of various financial and strategic analyses to management 

 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Strong financial reporting foundation, strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills, including data mining, multi-source data collection/manipulation, and model building  

  • Highly energetic self-starter, determined to succeed, tenacious and adept in using metrics to drive performance 

  • Patience and ability to excel under pressure, handling multiple requests often with tight deadlines 

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills 

  • Quick learner who is not in need of step-by-step instructions 

  • Extensive experience working with raw data sets with Microsoft Excel 

  • The ability to present and communicate work effectively to key constituents  

  • Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal expression 

  • Solution-oriented and flexible in his/her interpersonal style 

  • Strategic thinking, breakthrough thinking and creative problem solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles 

  • 2+ years of work experience, ideally in an investment bank, management consulting firm or corporate finance/development/strategy division of a well-regarded large operating company  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

  • Prior experience in healthcare is a plus but not required 

  • Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution preferred 

  • Pre-MBA preferred

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
